Weekend Warrior

That's how I feel when I accomplish anything at all. But this weekend I tackled some very overdue projects. Spent the entire day Friday cleaning the house (by the way, it looks like crap now) and hung a few things.

Love this little art wire from Ikea. Finally got brave and put up some vinyl (textured walls are not so great for this stuff, but it sticks eventually...what I wouldn't give to have smooth walls, ahhhh) and finally, hung my little plant pots from Ikea, but obviously, no plants. I'm sure I could have come up with something cuter in my kitchen for these but for now they serve my scrapbook room.

The crowning moment of my weekend however was the tackle of the 'storage under the stairs'!
Friday, I simply could not take it anymore. I should have taken a before photo, but just picture ALL this stuff piled on top of each other with little room to spare!

These shelves make me so happy!

I love the pictures and all the cute wall hangings. Do you want to help me get organized? I am a mess.

What room do you have all your pictures in? I am trying to picture it in my mind.

That's my hallway upstairs. You'll see it coming up the stairs.

I hate textured walls! My whole house is textured. I'm constantly stuggling with clutter and orginization. Ahhh....someday!

Looks great! I really like your art line...I think I feel an urge for online purchase. Somehow I can't seem to get to an IKEA...but I need stuff bad!

I love it all! What room did you put your art line in? I think I need one of those downstairs! So fun.

Lisa, the art line is in the playroom on the one long wall. It seems to be a better system for their works of art than the magnet boards were.
